Seating Ergonomics - your free office guide for ergonomic seating

It is almost impossible to stress enough the importance of ergonomic seating before a computer monitor.

Many of us spend a lot of our time every day in front of the computer. Many of us also end up with all sorts of problems as a result of not ergonomically setting up our work area. Problems beginning with general aches and pains in our wrists, necks, fingers, backs, knees, feet etc. to joint and tendon infections requiring expensive pain killers or anti-arthritis medications and time consuming physical therapy.

In this next segment, I will explain the most ergonomic way to position yourself, your chair, your mouse and your monitor, for a healthy and comfortable work environment.

You'll be surprised at how little time it can take to change your workspace into an ergonomically conscious space. I can assure you this will be time well spent!
On average, it should take you up to an hour to read through the material on this site, and many times the only changes needed, will be a slight adjustment in the positioning of several items.
In the more extreme cases, you might consider investing in a new ergonomic chair or desk unit.

I hope you benefit from what I've put together here for you. I strongly believe it is better to prevent a problem, than to solve an existing one.

Good Luck!
